All products are shipped with reputable shipping companies. Usually DPD for UK deliveries and DHL, UPS  or Fed-Ex for overseas shipments.

We cannot accept resonsibility for any returned items due to being undeliverable. Additional costs may be incurred if we have to re-send. These will be charged to  the customer. Please ensure we have a full delivery address, contact name, email and a telephone number.

Returns

If you have ordered anything incorrectly we cannot take back custom sized articles. Regular stock items can be returned but at customer's expense. There is no re-stocking fee. Any product with added logo or graphics is non-returnable.
